The Fort Myer Thrift Shop has a small staff of six people and many volunteers who help keep our thrift store organized and running.
We are proud to have given $117,000 we made this year to support 11 military dependents (one spouse!) with college scholarship money and to award community grants to our military groups listed below...

The Fort Myer Thrift Shop along with community representatives review and select those who will receive the money. All profits are given each year for community grants and scholarships. Our mission is to support the Army Covenant and provide enhancements to the quality of life for our military personnel and their families in the surrounding communities.
Fort Myer Thrift Shop is a multi-purpose organization that serves the community as a resale outlet of used items for a low price. Accepts donations from anyone/organizations and/or consignments from military families. Serves as a forum for friendships and an outreach within the community for all - customers - consignors - volunteers and staff. As a 501 c (3) IRS approved organization, tax receipts may be given for donations.
